Adult Skating with Pucks & Shooting
In this program, you will learn how to shoot, stick handle, and pass and receive the puck. Hockey Extreme instructors will break each of these skills down to teach you the proper techniques to improve the power, accuracy, and control of your wrist shot, snap shot, slap shot, flip shot, and backhand shot. Instructors will also teach you how to deke, stick handle and control the puck with confidence. This program will take your shooting and puck skills to another level. Players will be divided into groups based on skill level.
Please Note: This is NOT a learn-to-skate program, so if you have never skated before or can barely skate, this program is not for you.
